And from a feminist perspective, it's nice to see such fine actresses in roles that allow them to really show emotional range.

She Said: DEFINITELY, MAYBE
Well, J and I agree. Definitely, Maybe is a sweet film. The premise at first seems almost too precocious and I so tire of male protagonists, their angst and lost love. However, this film works. It comes across fresh, new, original. Thanks to a great script and wonderful actors--actors who are allowed to be dynamic and fully actualized--Definitely, Maybe is able to breathe new life into a tired old genre.
